Administrative Assistant

Join our growing business.  With four offices located in Salina, Concordia and Beloit, KS, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant that can help to oversee our multi-office operations.
What you’ll do…

  • Manage front office logistics
  • Handle customer service for clients via phone, in person and in writing
  • Support Franchise owners and Team Leaders through consistent and effective communication, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on all operations initiatives and known issues
  • Execute planograms, ensuring office standards are consistently met and managing supply ordering and distribution
  • Support hiring and onboarding by assisting with recruitment of staff, managing onboarding and employee paperwork such as PTIN applications and training requirements
  • Help lead and execute community involvement events, marketing and advertising plans
  • Generate reports using Excel, QuickBooks and other software
What you’ll bring to the role…
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Work Experience:
    • Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
    • Process or project management experience
    • Customer service experience
    • Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • It would be even better if you also had...
    • Bookkeeping experience
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
