Join our growing business. With four offices located in Salina, Concordia and Beloit, KS, we are looking for an Administrative Assistant that can help to oversee our multi-office operations.
What you’ll do…
- Manage front office logistics
- Handle customer service for clients via phone, in person and in writing
- Support Franchise owners and Team Leaders through consistent and effective communication, scheduling appointments, and providing updates on all operations initiatives and known issues
- Execute planograms, ensuring office standards are consistently met and managing supply ordering and distribution
- Support hiring and onboarding by assisting with recruitment of staff, managing onboarding and employee paperwork such as PTIN applications and training requirements
- Help lead and execute community involvement events, marketing and advertising plans
- Generate reports using Excel, QuickBooks and other software
What you’ll bring to the role…
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years experience
- Process or project management experience
- Customer service experience
- Effective time management and organization skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
